Insert Blanc Press produces innovative art & literature in Los Angeles, CA.

Founded in October 2005, Insert Blanc Press produces over twelve individual projects a year across various media. Publishing large format hardbound artist monographs, photography and print editions, hardbound and perfectbound books of contemporary literature, handmade chapbooks, magazines, ebooks, audiobooks, digital albums, and video projects. Insert Blanc Press also recently started The People, a podcast featuring the voices and ideas of The People that make up the cultural landscape of Los Angeles, the west coast, and beyond. Insert Blanc endeavors to create dynamic conversations among the artistic disciplines and to support emerging artists and writers in the interest of contemporary arts and letters.

General Projects Video Art Advisor (AKA Video Boss): Erica Ryan Stallones

Erica Ryan Stallones lives, works, and teaches art in Los Angeles, California. She received her MFA from Claremont Graduate University in 2011. Primarily a painter, her practice includes performance, video, installation, writing, and other media, allowing for collaboration and interpretation on the part of both the performers and the audience. Ryan Stallones has exhibited her work in traditional, online, and alternative spaces throughout the greater Los Angeles area and nationally.

Andrew Choate is the author of "Too Many Times I See Every Thing Just The Way It Is" (Residual Press, PRB Editions), "Language Makes Plastic of the Body" (Palm Press) and "Stingray Clapping" (Insert Blanc Press). He is currently working on two books: "Learning," which will be published by Writ Large Press and "I Love You More" for Insert Blanc. He is a member of Inner Dinner, a performance dining collective, and is the host of The Unwrinkled Ear radio show on KCHUNG every other Tuesday from 5-7pm PST. His most recent piece of music writing was about the 2014 Nickelsdorf Konfrontationen. In terms of pictures, he is saintbollard

Quinn Gancedo is a writer and MFA student at the California Institute of the Arts. He is also on the editorial staff of the literary magazine Black Clock. Byron Alexander Campbell is a writer and editor living in the Los Angeles area. His fiction has appeared in Polluto, [out of nothing], and Innsmouth Free Press and/or has been anthologized in A Commonplace Book of the Weird and Strange Attractors: NonHumanoid Extraterrestrial Sexualities. He's worked as an editor for the literary magazine Black ClockCurrently, Byron writes about games as a Contributing Editor at Entropy and spends his working days proofreading business earnings calls for Standard & Poors.
